The loom knit Nordic Style Hat has a smooth tapered look with a seamless crown. The hat is loom knit from the top down using the Kitchener cast on and short rows to shape the crown.

This pattern includes written instructions for 6 sizes from baby to adult large and links to fully captioned tutorial videos teaching the Kitchener cast on and short row techniques. Tutorial videos are all on GoodKnit Kisses YouTube channel.

Small Gauge (3/8″) loom with 56 (64, 72, 80, 88, 96) pegs set up to work in the round
